please opt for comfortable, loose clothes that you don’t mind potentially getting oil or lotion on, as specific massages may involve their use. Refrain from wearing jewellery or accessories that could disrupt the massage process. Generally, specific attire isn’t required, as most massages involve clients draping with a towel for modesty. Additionally, avoiding heavy perfumes or lotions is recommended before the massage.
